Wish list

It's almost Christmas, and then almost my birthday. I have to get my wisdom teeth removed, which is certainly NOT on my wishlist, so here's a few things that are:

-a star projector, maybe shaped like a turtle
-fountain pen, either with exchangeable nibs, or set of pens
-dog
-really bright lime green eyeshadow
-a nice set of make-up brushes
-socks and tights
-scarves
-someone to clean my house
-books with pictures
-moleskin sketchbook
-children’s backpack, big enough for college
-pretty, girly leather gloves. I like the ones at Target.

The Strong Man

I've been feeling rather weird, so I need to catch up on posts. I'll cheat.

Group Project... from hell

Fall/Winter line

I'm so relieved to finally be finished with this project for product development, and I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out. If the workload weren't so steep for me, I'd have enjoyed it more. Thankfully, I had a great group that didn't slack. Not so thankfully, there was a lot of work for the team's designer... me.

Dude, I had to draw 68 flats.

Spring/Summer line

We created a line inspired by old Hollywood glamour. Top is Fall/Winter, "Femme Fatale". Above is Spring/Summer, "Screen Goddess." Below are sections of the inspiration pages.

Resolutions

It's not New Year's yet, but I really need to resolve some things, so it's time for Resolutions.

1. I will blog frequently. I'm going to do every day for a month and hope the habit sticks. I want to be at least a little like the blogs I lose hours reading all the back archives. Here is post one.

2. I will comment. My fear and shyness is getting out of hand. I just want to say HI! I love your painting/coat/article/outlook. No more shyness. If I feel the desire to say something, I'll say it.

3. Something about schedules that I still need to work out. Maybe a work quota for every week or set drawin' time. I'm not good at keeping myself on track and I'm not sure how. How does everyone else do this?

So to celebrate day one of my posting extravaganza, here are pictures of my new hats from my friend Lourdes. Her etsy shop is here: http://www.etsy.com/shop.php?user_id=5293300
